Karen is the longest serving member of the team having joined Newton Fallowell in 2007 and has been involved in property since 1998 meaning that she has over 22 years’ worth of property experience behind her. As the branch’s Sales Manager she oversees everything sales related and the progression of properties, meaning that she is there for you every step of the way.
Karen was first attracted to Newton Fallowell due to the family feel and the family run element of the business. She also says that she enjoys working within the small and close knit team at Grantham and especially enjoys the social interaction that she has each day with both vendors and buyers.
Karen has lived her whole life in Grantham and thanks to this is hugely knowledgeable about the area and could definitely be described as having local expert knowledge. She currently lives just outside the town (Great Gonerby.)
She prides herself on being an extremely organised member of the team and also describes herself as being sociable. Customer service is something that she believes is critical to the industry but also believes it can sometimes be overlooked in some estate agencies. She believes that listening to people is key and having strong communication skills is a great attribute which she certainly has.
Other members of the team have said that Karen is the best person to have dealing with your property as she is extremely professional, experienced and always keeps calm, and although spare time is rare for Karen when not busy she enjoys socialising with her husband Phil, being out with their dog Oscar and spending time with her family.
