We know how important it is to find the right place that you can call home. As a tenant you want to find a property that ticks all of your boxes, but you also want that process to be as simple as possible, the property and the landlord to meet with all of the current legislation and to know you have an agent who cares about your needs.

At Newton Fallowell, we work hard to find our tenants the right property for them so they can be happy in their home. We work closely with our landlords* to ensure their properties are up to scratch and we make regular checks (pre-arranged with you) to ensure the property remains in a good condition. We undertake professional inventories including photographs to protect you and the landlord’s property so when it comes to moving on, there aren’t any surprises. We are also registered with The Property Ombudsman an independent regulator of the industry so you know you have a point of escalation in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with anything that we can’t resolve.

Take a look at the properties we currently have for rent. If for some reason you can’t find your perfect property here, give your nearest office a call. Once we understand what you want, we can notify you as soon as that perfect property becomes available for you.

*Some of the services detailed in this paragraph are only applicable when a Landlord has instructed Newton Fallowell under the Fully Managed Service. Otherwise, the responsibility for these services lie with the Landlord only, and not the agent.
