LOCATION – Loughborough/Kegworth

Newton Fallowell Lettings covering Loughborough, Charnwood, East Leake and South Notts are recruiting for an enthusiastic and switched on individual to join the team as a Lettings Co-ordinator due to expansion in the company.

The successful candidate will need to drive with their own car, have excellent interpersonal skills and will undertake a diverse range of day-to-day customer facing activities working alongside an experienced and friendly team.

No property experience is required as full on the job training will be offered and whereby a future career with a forward thinking company will be on offer. Duties will include, property viewings, tenancy ‘move-ins’, customer liaison, property inspections and reporting, in-office customer care and administration etc.
