Since the branch opened in July 1996, it has gone from strength to strength. Now under the leadership of Richard Morris, it offers Residential Sales, Mortgage Advice and Legal Conveyancing. With its prime town centre offices in Loughborough, and large showcase display window, the branch finds itself recommended time and time again. And with many staff notching up over 20 years of service, many of the loyal team have been with the branch from the outset.
Ask an estate agent what they do and they’ll most probably answer with “I sell houses, I find buyers, I let homes.” Ask any one of us here at Loughborough branch what we do, and our answer will be: “We change peoples’ lives!” because we understand just how big a deal moving can be.
Winner of the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the year 2010 and 2012, the firm also won the Best Estate Agent in Leicestershire in the International Property Awards in 2013.
The branch is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Meet our customers
Please note that Hartleys & Newton Fallowell have recently merged, hence the mention of Hartleys in the testimonials below.
“Hartleys have been excellent from beginning to end. From the initial valuation visit with Richard explaining the house sale process in detail and being on hand should we need him, through to sale negotiations with our prospective purchasers and on to exchange of contracts and moving in. My husband and I would highly recommend them to any of our friends/family, which in fact is how we chose Hartleys through my Uncle and Aunt who moved with them too. Sue was absolutely brilliant keeping us up to date every step of the way and her skills in chasing all relevant persons was second to none. We have felt very looked after and although selling a home can be a stressful time Hartleys have made sure they have been there for us and helped in any way they could.”
Mr and Mrs Bullock
“I have recently purchased a property via your agency and I have been dealing with a number of your team, including Sue and Amanda and they have been very helpful. Most of my dealings have been with Vicki who has been excellent. She has been both professional and efficient, ensuring a speedy process. I really can't thank her enough. You are very fortunate to have such high quality people working for you. I can tell you from personal experience that not all Loughborough estate agents are so lucky! Thanks again to all at Hartleys. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.”
Mr P W Moore
“I would just like to take a moment to thank you for the fantastic service you have provided throughout the course of my sale. From the very first telephone contact to arrange viewings of a property you had for sale, I found your service friendly, personal and very efficient. So much so that I decided to market my property through you. I have never experienced such a comprehensive service from an estate agent before and have already recommended you to neighbours and friends. Richard’s valuation and sales particulars were of the highest standard. The internet exposure excellent and timely. Throughout the course of my sale I was kept fully updated by Vicki and Sue and nothing was too much trouble for them. A truly remarkable experience at a very stressful time.”
