Coalville branch offers residential property sales, valuations, surveys, conveyancing, mortgage advice and land sales. Its large sales team is backed up with an in-house mortgage advisor, and offers a wealth of knowledge about the area, with the team all living locally, so they know the market inside out, as well as being very proactive and competitive.
Every sale property will be promoted with in-depth property details and floor plan, and promoted through the major online property portals, local press advertising and through the branch’s high profile window display, making the most of its centrally located office frontage.
As well as being a friendly team and easy to talk to, the branch also gets involved in the local community, sponsoring the local football team. Their motto is ‘be helpful, honest and go the extra mile’.
Meet our customers
“Just a note to say how very impressed my sister and I have been with you and the team at Newton Fallowell, Coalville during the sale process. From the first time we met you, Jennie and I were really impressed by your professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to do the best for us as clients. Everything that we have experienced since then has confirmed that very high opinion. Jennie mainly dealt with Sammi and she cannot speak highly enough of her. We appreciated not only her energy and enthusiasm but also the way she communicated with us so effectively, keeping us well informed at every stage of the sale. We are left as very satisfied customers with a very good opinion indeed of your particular estate agency! Many thanks and very best wishes.”
Julie Walker and Jennie Fisher, Coaville

Coalville lies in North West Leicestershire and is a former coal mining town, as its name suggests. Coal was first mined in the area in medieval times, although there was little more than a single track until the early nineteenth century. The coal mining industry was at its height during the 1800s, with railway lines built to transport the coal from the mines. The mines closed during the 1980s and many local collieries have since been re-developed, with museums, shopping and business parks standing in their place.
Within close proximity to Coalville are many attractive towns and villages, including Whitwick, Ravenstone, Thornton, Bagworth, Heather, Hugglescote, Newton Burgoland. To the east, lies Charnwood Forest.
Sales administrator Julie Bywater remembers her grandfather talking about servicing the Coalville clock tower. He worked for Lashmore's jewellers on High Street and the unattached young men and women of the town would promenade between this landmark and another local clocktower, making ‘eyes’ at each other and earning the walkway the nickname ‘The Monkey Walk’, which is now the name of a pub in the town.
There is a wide choice of shops in the area from High Street brands to family run businesses and places to eat range from traditional pubs to oriental takeaways and fast foods.
There is also plenty on offer when it comes to sports clubs, facilities and gyms and there are tennis courts in Coalville Park.
For education, there are 10 primary schools, 3 secondary schools - one with a sixth form. The town is also home to FE/HE Stephenson College, which offers around 800 different courses in academic, vocational and industry-specific subjects. King Edward VII Science and Sports College which caters for 14-18 year olds, provides GCSE's, A-Levels and a number of vocational courses.
With its combination of beautiful countryside and easy commuting, the town attracts a wide range of buyers.
Coalville lies on the A511 trunk road between Leicester and Burton upon Trent, close to junction 22 of the M1 motorway, where the A511 meets the A50 between Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Leicester. The town also offers easy access to both East Midlands and Birmingham airports.
Buses run to Leicester, Loughborough, Burton-on-Trent, Hinckley and East Midlands airport. The nearest rail station is Loughborough, eight miles north-east of Coalville.
