Here is a list of all of our fees and charges for Landlords.

Tenant Find Only – Setup Fee (Landlord’s Share) £500

Rent Collection – Setup fee (Landlord’s Share) £400 | Monthly Fee 6% of monthly rent

Fully Managed – Setup fee (Landlord’s Share) £300 | Monthly Fee 12% of monthly rent

Additional services to assist the landlord are available at the following cost:

Inventory Fee Unfurnished – £120

Deposit Registration Fee – £30

Inspections – Included (Fully Managed) £60 (Tenant Find Only and Rent Collection)

Annual Rent Review – Included in Rent Collection and Fully Managed

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £250 – up to 10% of cost of work

Rent Review/Renewal Fee – Included in Rent Collection and Fully Managed £120 (Silver)

Checkout Fee (Landlord’s Share) – Included (Platinum and Gold) £60 unfurnished £90 furnished (Silver)

Issuing Section Notices – Included in Rent Collection and Fully Managed £90 by hand or £60 by post

Warranty insurance available as an optional extra for all our services.

The cost will be one off charge of £175 for 12 months
