Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator

If you’re already in agency, great as your skills will be truly put to the test, and if you’ve no agency experience but have exceptional customer service skills, thrive on a busy working environment and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude, we want to hear from you.

The role will involve:

* Registering clients and understanding their property needs.

* Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you or our viewing team.

* Arranging Market Appraisals with the potential to be conducted by you.

* Negotiating offers for clients in achieving the best price.

* Providing daily feedback and client updates each week.

* Financial Services Referrals providing you with commission based earnings.

* Conveyancing Referrals (solicitors) with commission opportunities.

* Sales Progression of your personal sales through to completion.

* Property finding for waiting buyers on your database.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Estate Agent – Residential Valuer / Senior Valuer

The role would make an ideal opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator/Senior Negotiator or if you are currently in the role (or similar) to expand their career and opportunities with a fast paced, forward thinking estate agency.

What you’ll be achieving daily?

  • Presenting and marketing the company and yourself in the best possible light to win new business.
  • Conducting professional and informative property appraisal.
  • Create bespoke and beneficial marketing proposals to present a home in the best possible way.
  • Managing the moving process from initial appraisal through to completion, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation.
  • Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner.
  • Maintain Brand Standards at all times.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
