Here is a list of all of our fees and charges for Landlords.

Please note that we are members of both The Property Ombudsman (Independent

Redress Scheme) and are covered by NALS Client Money Protection (CMP)

Let Only - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £510 (inc VAT)

Rent Collection - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £480 (inc VAT) &

Monthly Fee 9.6% of monthly rent

Fully Managed - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £360 & Monthly

Fee 12% (inc VAT) of monthly rent

Rent Guarantee Policy - £240 (inc VAT) or Monthly Fee 3.6% (inc VAT) of monthly rent
