Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Newton Fallowell Mansfield
We are looking for an Estate Agency ‘superstar’ to join our family-run, multi award winning company where we offer a positive, ambitious and friendly culture, career growth and development, and the rare chance to join Mansfield’s well respected and loved property agency.
We are looking for someone with some experience of Sales and Lettings in Estate Agency.
Based in the town centre, you would be part of a small collective team driven to offer the very best customer experience with the role including;
- Registering buyers and sellers via our CRM
- Arranging and following up viewings
- Receiving and negotiating offers on properties
- Full sales progression throughout entire transaction
- Sales and lettings viewings
- Vendor care communication
- Continuous industry learning and development
- Making a good cup of tea!
This is a full time position Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis. A competitive salary plus sales and lettings commissions, pension benefits, 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, events, annual conference/awards and the odd gifts and treats from our happy clients.
