Here is a list of all of our fees and charges for Landlords.

Fully Managed – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) £0.00 | Monthly Fee 10% or 12% of monthly rent plus VAT

Additional services to assist the landlord are available at the following cost:

Inventory Preparation Fee £78 based on plan A/10% package

Deposit Protection Legislation £51.60

Insurance Claim handling fee 10% plus VAT of costs of works before VAT.

Re-signing Fee £174 payable where the agent with your agreement arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant. Based on plan A/10% package

All prices subject to change after two months written notice


Where full management service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions and periodic tenancies a fee of £1200 will be payable.
