Oakham was opened in 2016 by Jason Treadwell, following the success of his Stamford branch which opened in 2014, the team have seen their efforts turn in to results and were crowned the Market Leading estate agent for 2015 & again in 2016. Jason decided to expand further into Rutland and what better way than opening a new office. The Oakham branch was a success from the start due to the positive reputation of the Stamford branch and has continued to go from strength to strength thanks to its reliable and dynamic team. This team compromises of Managing Director Jason Treadwell, Sales Manager Peter Ledger, Sales Negotiator Wesley Omar, Accompanied Viewer Tim Hunt and Administrator Claire Farrer.
Jason has worked in estate agency throughout Lincolnshire, Rutland and Northamptonshire for much of his working life and previously ran two large independent agencies. As Managing Director of both Oakham and Stamford Jason can often be found working in one office or the other and has even made a few TV appearances including Homes under the Hammer.
Peter has been with Newton Fallowell since 2011 and oversees the day to day business. He prides himself in ensuring they go the extra mile often resulting in some very happy customers and excellent reviews.
Wesley joined the team in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. From guiding clients through their dream home to chasing their sale until moving day, Wesley is the type of estate agent you can always count on.
