Since opening our doors in January 2011, firstly as Goodchilds, we have strived to help local sellers and landlords to achieve the best results.

We have built a strong local knowledge, excelled where other agents have failed and navigated recessions, pandemics, buyers & sellers’ markets to achieve the results people require.

Since our transition to the Newton Fallowell Brand in 2020, our operation has gone from strength to strength, and we have opened a second office in Ironbridge to help even more people locally.

Our Wellington Office now continues to house our Lettings Team looking after 400+ local rental properties, and our Telford (North) sales team.

In the past 12 months we have achieved 99.6% of asking prices on average. 97% of our sales go through the first time!
