Initial inspection, advising on rent and compliance checks, marketing on property portals and via the mailing list, accompanied viewings, “for let” board, right to rent checks, tenant referencing, preparation of tenancy documents, collection of rent and accounting to landlords on a monthly basis, periodic inspections and reporting, notifying utilities at commencement and end of tenancy.
