Fully Managed – Initial setup fee £474 | Monthly Fee 9.6% of monthly rent inclusive of VAT

Fully Managed With Rent Guarantee – Initial setup fee £474 | Monthly Fee 12% of monthly rent inclusive of VAT

Tenant Find – 100% of first month’s rent (includes finding and referencing tenant and ingoing tenancy agreement)

Tenant Find – additional services available

Inventory cost £150 inclusive of VAT

Tenancy renewal fee £30 inclusive of VAT

Check out fee £120 inclusive of VAT

Mid tenancy inspection £50 inclusive of VAT

Issuing Section Notices – £90 by hand £50 by post inclusive of VAT

Tenancy Deposit Fee – £30 inclusive of VAT

Other Professional Fees – £50 per hour inclusive of VAT

Tenancy Deposit Fee – £30 inclusive of VAT

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £500 – 10% of cost of work
