We hold Client Money Protection Insurance through Propertymark. To view our certificate, please see below.

Let Only – £650 plus VAT (£780)

Rent Collection – 10% plus VAT (12%) of the rent each month
Tenancy Set Up Fee – £350 plus VAT (£420)

Fully Managed – 12% plus VAT (14.4%) of the rent each month
Tenancy Set Up Fee – £350 plus VAT (£420)

Additional services to assist the landlord are available at the following cost:

Inventory Fee Unfurnished – Included

Inventory Fee Furnished – £60

Instructing Contractors for Gas, Legionella and Electric Safety Checks – Included (Platinum and Gold) £150 float (Silver)

Arranging for Stamp – at cost

Inspections – Included (Platinum) £60 (Gold and Silver)

Annual Rent Review – Included (Platinum and Gold) £60 (SIlver)

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £250 – 10% of cost of work (Platinum and Gold) N/A (Silver)

Rent Review/Renewal Fee – Included (Platinum and Gold) £120 (Silver)

Checkout Fee (Landlord’s Share) – Included (Platinum and Gold) £60 unfurnished £90 furnished (Silver)

Re letting to new tenants – £210 (Platinum and Gold) 60% of monthly rent (Silver)

Issuing Section Notices – Included (Platinum and Gold) £90 by hand £60 by post (Silver)
