- ‘Garage’, ‘Garden’ and ‘Parking’ have proved the top three most searched-for property terms for house hunters on Zoopla’s property portal, over the past 12 months.
- ‘Garage’ took top spot in all regions except London, where ‘Freehold’ featured in the top three instead. ‘Help-to-buy’ also featured in the capital’s top ten list of most-searched terms.
- Property type proved the next most popular search terms, ‘Bungalow’, ‘Detached’ and ‘Annex’, perhaps in a nod to shifting demographics and working patterns.
- ‘Rural’ was on the list for all regions except London, and ‘Seaview’ featured in four regions – the North East, South East, Wales and the South West. ‘Pool’ featured in the top ten across three UK regions!
