Let Only – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) £474

Rent Collection – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) £390 | Monthly Fee 5% of monthly rent

Fully Managed – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) £354 | Monthly Fee 9% of monthly rent

Re-letting to new tenants exisitng business – current fee + £60 maximum £354 (Fully Managed) current fee + £36 maximum £390 (Rent Collection) current fee + £75 maximum £474 (Let Only)

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works of refurbishment over £1000 – 10% of cost of work (Fully Managed) N/A (Rent Collection and Let only)

Annual rent Review – Included (Fully Managed) £60 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Duplication and testing of extra keys – At cost
