Set up fee equivalent to 1 month rent inclusive of vat.

Service includes:

Advising on rent, marketing of property, “to let” board, accompanied viewings, right to rent checks, tenant referencing, producing initial tenancy documents.

Full Management

Set up fee of £400 inc vat (£333.33 + vat)

Monthly management fee of 14.4% inc vat of the rent collected.    (12% + vat)

Service includes:

As for let only plus: comprehensive inventory with colour photographs, preparing assured shorthold tenancy, collection of rent and accounting to landlords on a monthly basis, periodic inspections and report of condition, organising of remedial estimates in accordance with the landlord instructions, annual rent reviews, end of tenancy reports with photographs, notifying of utilities and local council at commencement and end of tenancy.

Tenant Find Only

Single fee of £500 inc vat (£416.67+ vat)

This fee is applicable if you let the property through another agent or find your own tenant whilst we are actively marketing the property.
