Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, for breaches of contract or under the relevant legislation including contractual damages. These may include reasonable costs or losses incurred for loss of keys, security devices and changes to the tenancy agreement or early termination, if the Landlord agrees they can be made, up to the permitted limits.

Security Deposit – You will also be required to pay a security deposit prior to occupation this will be one 6 weeks rent. If Pets £100 per pet. In most circumstances this will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). This is dependent upon the Landlord’s Terms and Conditions. The deposit amount depends on the rent and the circumstances of the applicants, for example if there are pets.
