Please note that we are members of both The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and ARLA and are covered by ARLA Client Money Protection (CMP)
Silver Tenant Find Only - Setup Fee (Landlord's Share) 60% of monthly rent | Minimum fee of £510
Gold Rent Collection - Setup fee (Landlord's Share) £210 | Monthly Fee 12% of monthly rent | Minimum monthly fee of £48
Platinum Fully Managed - Setup fee (Landlord's Share) £210 | Monthly Fee 15% of monthly rent | Minimum monthly fee of £48

Annual Tenancy Deposit Registration Fee - £18

Instructing Contractors for Gas, Legionella and Electric Safety Checks - Included (Platinum and Gold) £150 float (Silver)
Arranging for Stamp - at cost
Inspections - Included (Platinum) £60 (Gold and Silver)
Annual Rent Review - Included (Platinum and Gold) £60 (SIlver)
Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £250 - 10% of cost of work (Platinum and Gold) N/A (Silver)
Rent Review/Renewal Fee - Included (Platinum and Gold) £120 (Silver)
Checkout Fee (Landlord's Share) - Included (Platinum and Gold) £60 unfurnished £90 furnished (Silver)
Re letting to new tenants - £210 (Platinum and Gold) 60% of monthly rent (Silver)
Issuing Section Notices - Included (Platinum and Gold) £90 by hand £60 by post (Silver)
Warranty insurance available on Gold and Platinum services only - please ask for details.
Up to £400 Rent - £21 a month
£401 - £700 - £24 a month
£701 + - £36 a month
If paying by Debit Card there will be an additional charge of £1.16. If paying by Credit Card there will be an additonal charge of 1.83% of the total value of the transaction. Business credit cards 2.35% of the transaction.
