Please note that we are members of The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and we are not covered by Client Money Protection (CMP)
Let Only - £600
Fully Managed Service - Setup fee £300 | Monthly Fee 10% of monthly rent | Minimum monthly fee of £44
Additional services to assist the landlord are available at the following cost:
Instructing Contractors for Gas, Legionella and Electric Safety Checks - Included (Fully Managed) £150 float (Let only or Tenant Find)
Arranging for Stamp - at cost
Inspections - Included ( Fully managed ) £50 ( Let Only or Tenant find )
Annual Rent Review - Included for Fully Managed
Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £1000 - 10% of cost of work (Fully Managed) N/A (Let Only or Tenant Find)
Rent Review/Renewal Fee - Included for Fully Managed
Checkout Fee (Landlord's Share) - Included in Fully Managed and £60 unfurnished £90 furnished for let only or tenant find
Re letting to new tenants - £200 set up fee for fully managed
Issuing Section Notices - Included for fully managed. Please speak to lettings staff
If paying by Debit Card there will be an additional charge of 1% If paying by Credit Card there will be an additonal charge of 3% of the total value of the transaction. Business credit cards 3% of the transaction.
