Here is a list of all of our fees and charges for Landlords.

Please note that we are members of both The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and ARLA and are covered by ARLA Client Money Protection (CMP)

Tenant Find Only - Upfront Fee (Landlord's Share) 120% of monthly rent

Rent Collection - Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £354 | Monthly Fee 12% of monthly rent

Fully Managed - Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £354 | Monthly Fee 13.2% of monthly rent

Annual Tenancy Deposit Registration Fee - £36

Inventory Fee - Included

Submission of non-resident 1/4ly return to HMRC - £42

Submission of annual non-resident return to HMRC - £48

Annual Rent Review - Included (Fully Managed & Rent Collection) £60 (Let Only)

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £1000 - 10% of cost of work

Obtaining more than two contractors quotes - £42 per quote (if not part of service)

Rent Review/Renewal Fee - £60 (if not part of service)

Checkout Fee (Landlord's Share) - £150 (if not part of service)

Court Attendance - £50 per hour

Issuing Section Notices - £60 (if not part of your service)

Rent Recovery Plus £18 per month

Even the best tenants can fall on hard times. Most rent defaults are due to an inability to pay when circumstances change rather than a refusal. 

“As part of the service we offer, you may be able to benefit from our Rent Recovery Plus insurance policy with HomeLet. You will not have any rights under our policy but your interest in it will be noted.”

  • Cover for the total monthly rent
  • 100% of the monthly rent paid up to a maximum of 6 months from the date of the first arrears
  • Legal expenses up to £50,000 to cover eviction costs if the tenant is in breach of their tenancy agreement
  • Covers breaches of the agreement by the tenant including non-payment of rent and expired section 21 notices
  • 50% of the rent paid for up to 2 months after vacant possession has been obtained, whilst new tenants are found.
  • No excess
  • Rent recovery plus covers the whole property meaning the policy continues even when/if the tenants change
