Mortgage Advice Bureau
Through our unique relationship with the Mortgage Advise Bureau (MAB) you are able to earn considerable commission for the introduction of clients who take mortgage and insurance products. There are several ways in which this can be agreed and we will explain and discuss with you the various options available.
We have our own panel of approved Solicitors who all agree to a service level and work on a NO SALE NO FEE basis meaning that you can offer your clients this facility and earn considerable commission for doing so.
We have access to part exchange and repossession work through several different suppliers in our territories and substantial income can be earned from these committed clients.
Surveys and Professional Services
Our in house survey department will reward you and your teams for surveys that you pass directly to them. In addition they are on hand to discuss matters that might just save a sale form otherwise collapsing!
Referencing and Insurance
As a franchisee you will be able to offer your lettings customers referencing and insurance via our selected provider, you earn commission on both fronts, more importantly we ensure that our clients properties can be protected and should the worst happen, our supplier can deal with the necessary administration and compliance. (Including court costs and representation)
