If for any reason you withdraw your application during this process there will be no refund. In the event the Landlord refuses the application on the grounds of unsuitable references then the Application Referencing Fee will not be refunded to the applicant.

Administration Fee - The tenancy setup fee includes referencing, this will include a credit check, employer reference and current or previous Landlords reference if applicable.
