Please note that we are members of both The Property Ombudsman (Independent Redress Scheme) and ARLA and are covered by ARLA Client Money Protection (CMP)

Let Only - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £474

Rent Collection - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £390 | Monthly Fee 6% of monthly rent

Fully Managed - Initial Letting Fee (Landlord's Share) £354 | Monthly Fee 12% of monthly rent

Issuing Notice of seeking possession by post - Included (Fully Managed) £60 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Issuing Notice of seeking possession by hand - Included (Fully Managed) £78 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Issuing new Agreement on renenwal to exisitng tenanats - Included (Fully Managed) £120 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Re-letting to new tenants new business - £354 (Fully Managed) £390 (Rent Collection) £474 (Let Only)

Re-letting to new tenants exisitng business - current fee + £60 maximum £354 (Fully Managed) current fee + £36 maximum £390 (Rent Collection) current fee + £75 maximum £474 (Let Only)

Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works of refurbishment over £1000 - 10% of cost of work (Fully ManagedN/A (Rent Collection and Let only)

Inspections - Included (Fully Managed) £60 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Annual rent Review - Included (Fully Managed) £60 (Rent Collection and Let Only)

Duplication and testing of extra keys - At cost
