Administration Fee: £200 (inc VAT) per property, £100 (inc VAT) per extra referenced adult
The purpose of the application fee in to reserve the property for a reasonable period of time whilst we complete our referencing procedure.
During this period, the property will not be offered to any other applicants and no further viewings will take place.
The application referencing fee is non refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property from letting. if for any reason during this time you withdraw your application there will not be a refund.
The administration fee includes the tenancy set up, credits check, employer reference and previous landlord/Agent reference. This fee shall include preparing of tenancy documentation, inventory, check in and the transfer of utilities and council.
Guarantor: £100.00 (inc VAT): yYou may be required to provide a guarantor and they will also need to be referenced as above to ensure they have enough earnings to fulfil the rent in the event that you are unable to.
The fee is per guarantor and covers the cost of referencing and the preparation of the deed of guarantee.
Refund of Overpayment - £10.00 (inc VAT)
Renewal Fee - £30 (inc VAT): A fee will be charged upon request to extend the tenancy by a further fixed term. A tenancy will only be allowed to run periodically for a maximum of 6 months after the initial 6 month fixed period.
Deposit - 1 months rent + £100.00: You will be required to pay a security deposit prior to occupation, this will be payable afte the referencing is complete.
