Our ethos is to recognise individual needs and requirements. We believe that previous estate agency experience is not essential to become a Newton Fallowell franchisee. We will work with you to create a bespoke induction and training course for you and your team held at our state of the art training suite at head office. So no matter what your experience we will a have solution to suit your requirements. Some of the topics we cover include:
An introduction to Newton Fallowell
We will introduce you to the brand and its history. We will discuss how a Newton Fallowell office operates and what is expected of you as a franchisee and us as a franchisor.
Residential Sales and Lettings
We will create a residential sales and lettings training course to fit your individual requirements. We ensure that all staff have demonstrated a high level of knowledge including Estate Agency basics, all aspects of Estate Agency Law, essential sales techniques, negotiation, valuing and listing property, taking offers and sales progression, tenant referencing and application processes, inventories, property management, maintenance, deposit handling, dispute resolution, financial services and compliance with governing bodies such as The Property Ombudsman.
IT and Software
You will learn how to use our bespoke software including our day to day management system which will help you register and service applicants, match out suitable properties, arrange viewings, take offers, manage applications and progress sales through to exchange, book valuations, build captivating property particulars and upload to all the major portals as well as the Newton Fallowell website, full property management and financials as well as your diary and task lists. We also use systems to track your local market place and current market share using tools like, Rightmove Intel and Zoopla Pro. We can use this information to create targeted marketing campaigns using direct marketing cards or canvassing cards which we will train you on how to use so that you can focus on specific areas, or even a specific demographic, with clean, concise marketing material direct to their door. We believe that consistent training and development is paramount to your success and we offer on-going training so that you can be assured that you are working to best practice and understand any legislation changes and how they may affect you.
