Jennie is our Lettings Manager, she has 16 years’ experience in Residential Lettings and holds a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management – England & Wales. She has been a Lettings manager since 2013 joining Newton Fallowell in June 2019. She loves every aspect of the job, from the cold face to managing the team here at Grantham. She will always lead by example, enjoys motivating others and offering training for staff.
Jennie loves that each day is different and presents new challenges. The constant changes in Legislation certainly keeps her on her toes however be assured that she is normally the first to hear of any changes to best protect our team and our clients to ensure compliance. As well as managing the team here, she also oversees the whole challenging but fun portfolio, even managing her own portfolio of Landlords and Properties. She loves to find new ways to be more efficient while keeping the company values at the forefront.
She loves building relationships and is happy to help wherever she can. Her values are to offer the very best in customer service and to go above and beyond for our clients. Her goal is to have happy tenants in a good standard of accommodation which means we have happy landlords. She has a very bubbly personality and loves people.
Jennie is also a busy mum to her two girls, where she hopes to instil a good work ethic. When they are of age, she hopes they will do some summer work/work experience with us one day. In her spare time, Jennie and her partner love going for nice meals and trying new recipes at home. She also likes American muscle cars and can work her way around an engine. Residential Lettings is her real passion though.
