Meet Nick Labocha - the Managing Director of Goodchilds Estate Agents & Lettings' office located in Wellington, Telford.
Nick has worked in estate agency for nearly 10 years throughout the Telford Area. Having single handily opened the Telford Office in 2010, its safe to say that he has built a thriving business based on exceptional customer service and honest advice. Having opened the office during a very difficult recession, Nick still managed to grow the business into what it is today showing true grit and determination to help people sell during tough economic conditions. Nick has now built a wealth of experience and is able to deal with national house builders, land transactions, property sales, property rentals, property management and part exchange.
You may have noticed nick giving some of his advice of BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer where he has appeared on numerous occasions.
Outside of the office Nick is a keen Wolverhampton Wanderers fan and season ticket holder. He’s also played the guitar for over 15 years.
