Charlotte joined the team in 2019, after 16 years in a sales and customer service role.
Charlotte is responsible for overseeing the team here in Coalville. She is a highly motivated individual and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, listening to our clients' needs and going the extra mile to assist.
In her spare time Charlotte has a passion for travel and with her family has visited many wonderful destinations.
