A family run business first opened in April 2018, the branch offers residential sales; mortgage advice; lettings; conveyancing and surveys. A tight-knit team, Nicola, Managing Director, handles the day to day running of the branch, with assistance from Vicki Spinner, Residential Sales Manager.

With its ideal location in the Werrington Centre, the office has recently undergone a refurbishment and has plentiful free parking in the near vicinity. Werrington is a local town situated approximately 4 miles from the city of Peterborough. In 1929 Werrington, which was originally a village, became part of Peterborough as the city expanded. There are 2 distinct areas of Werrington, the village which still has a village green, and new Werrington. The village dates back to older periods and every year, since the 1970’s, holds a summer carnival and a bonfire and fireworks display. New Werrington has become a popular residential area and houses the popular shopping complex, Werrington Centre.

Within close proximity to Werrington are many towns and villages including Gunthorpe, Dogsthorpe, Paston, Netherton, Walton and North Bretton. Although Werrington is close to the city centre, it also has the added benefit of being minutes away from beautiful rural surroundings.
