Since opening in January 2014 the Market Deeping branch has grown strongly and made a positive name for itself by providing expert local knowledge and by delivering excellent customer service.
Operating in both sales & lettings the branch is in tune with all aspects of the local property market. Valuations and home moving advice are free and the office has access to mortgage advice and property surveyors. Every property listing features quality photographs, brochures, and all viewings are accompanied by professional staff.
Our bright, stand out branding catches the eye and our properties are featured on all the major online property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and On The market. Newton Fallowell branches span across the region making us one of the largest and most successful estate agents in the Midlands.
“We have a fantastic relationship with our customers, both past and present and aim to exceed their expectations which has seen the branch grow, thanks to recommendation from past clients. There’s now an expanded team and a full re-fit for the offices.”
Jonathan Brewell, Managing Partner
The branch is a member of The Property Ombudsman.
Meet our customers
"Newton Fallowell have sold three properties for me this year. Finding buyers in just a few weeks for each. Jon and Tom are very friendly and go over and above the call of duty. Always happy to see you if you call into the office or to talk on the phone. Whether you are buying or selling I would recommend Newton Fallowell."
Melanie, Market Deeping
“Not so much a review as a heartfelt thanks to Tom and the team at Newton Fallowell in Market Deeping. We saw the property on Right Move and requested a viewing. Tom was friendly, amenable and informative as he showed us around, giving us space too when we wanted to talk and explore alone. We had several more visits both before and after putting in an offer. The team at Newton Fallowell went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which was enormously appreciated. Tom handled our offer with professionalism, relaying information between ourselves and the sellers quickly and accurately. Having not moved for 32 years we were rather nervous about the whole process and so were relieved to know we were in such capable hands. Now in the property, our only regret is that we didn't do this years ago. We highly recommend Tom and all at Newton Fallowell.”
Simon, Market Deeping
“Couldn't believe how quickly Newton Fallowell sold the house.”

The Deepings refers to the historic towns of Market Deeping and Deeping St James. Market Deeping developed around the commercial use of the River Welland in the late 18th Century. The river is still an asset to the town, nowadays providing scenic walks and hosting some of the town’s popular events such as The Deeping Raft Race and the annual Duck Race. The River is navigable by foot from the Newton Fallowell office at Bridge Foot in Market Deeping right through to the Low Locks in Deeping St James.
The Deepings benefits from a weekly Wednesday market and the High Street retains a great variety of independent retailers, including a local butcher and an award-winning fish and chip shop. There is also the convenience of a superstore in the town and a modern medical centre. The area is renowned for its schools including primary, secondary and a sixth form with an excellent reputation. There is also a wide variety of quality food and drink venues.
The neighbouring commuter towns of Stamford and Peterborough are easily accessible by road or public transport, with excellent rail links to London from Peterborough in well under an hour. Buses also connect the Deepings to nearby towns such as Spalding and Bourne.
Buying or selling property
The Deepings and surrounding villages offer a wide variety of properties ranging from starter homes for first time buyers to period and executive properties, from period homes set along the banks of the River Welland to more modern estate homes built in the last few years. Currently a two bedroom starter home will cost in the region of £140,000 and a quality four bedroom executive property can reach in excess of £500,000. The housing market remains positive with a whole spectrum of property available between these prices. We are constantly looking for more property to satisfy the demand we have from buyers.
