There were many reasons why we chose them above other agents in the end, but for us one of the most important was the fact that they seemed to have a genuine interest in the property. They did their research before visiting, gave us useful information about selling our home and discussed with us a range of marketing options, including asking prices. All without any hint of pressure or a sales pitch. Ben was a lovely guy and no question was too much or too silly. Correspondence was quick, even out of hours and everyone at the branch couldn't do more for us. Even down to their photographer Dean who went above and beyond to make sure the photos of our house were spot on.We felt confident that Newton Fallowell would be the ones to sell our home- and they did! We accepted an offer a week after it went on the market. We were fortunate to receive several offers and had sensible, realistic and professional advice from the team to help us make our decision on what buyer to go with. Throughout the sales process we were kept up to date and things went through smoothly first time.We would definitely recommend Newton Fallowell and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from them.read less

Previous experience over the years of 8 purchase and 7 sales transactions, four of which involving Boston Estate agents, had left us singularly unimpressed with the whole profession. I can only praise the team at the Boston office. Communication, which was at a considerable distance because we don't now live in the UK, was excellent. The house was sold very quickly, though the first buyer pulled out through no fault of ours or the estate agent - but that's the UK way of buying and selling - make it as stressful as possible, and it's high time this was changed. A new buyer was found within a week and now all is done and dusted.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to sell or buy.read less
