Since the start of 2018, the British Property Awards has mystery shopped every estate agent in the Rutland area against a set of over 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. After many months of judging, we are pleased to announce that Newton Fallowell has just won gold in the British Property Awards for Oakham. Its team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels.
