A lot has changed over the last few days with the Government announcing changes to the Coronavirus Legislation, mainly bringing changes to social distancing guidance but also making substantial changes to Estate Agents and the House Moving Process. We’ve been working hard over the last 48 hours to compile all of the changes in legislation and bring together our plan of action to return to work albeit in a slightly different fashion than we are used to.
We wanted to keep you fully updated with our plans to help provide reassurance to those currently wanting to buy, sell, let or rent a property with us. Safety is the first point to all of our conversations regarding our return to work and we have a duty of care to you, our team and all of our families that we continue to help keep safe during these unprecedented times.

Our team remain fully contactable throughout our normal opening hours with out of hours appointments also being offered where possible. To minimize the risk to our team, the office door will be open for pre-arranged appointments only. If you do need to visit our office over the next few weeks then we would strongly encourage you to book an appointment through the link below. This way we can manage the visitors to our office and help reduce the risk posed to our team.
