So, it's mid-summer, Wimbledon has come and gone and the weekends often have the smell of barbequed meats on the wind. August is always a busy time for UK households, the School summer holidays are in full swing and most of us are at panic stations either trying to figure out what to do with them or hearing the famous words, “are we nearly there yet?”
It is a trying time where we often start to realise that what often matters is not where you go but who you’re with. The stress and pressure to balance time off from work to squeeze in a holiday to some distant shore and get in a trip or two to the beach followed by the classic scenario of begging relatives to help with child care whilst getting in a few drunken weekends with friends can often leave us fairly frazzled.
The housing market tends to simmer during the summer months with all that going on although I predict that First Time Buyers will be still in the mix as for them, if the house for them is there, they’ll grab it. I also suspect there maybe a few families doing the same as some of the years earlier events have caused many to pause before acting so if you are looking to sell I’m very confident we can get you some great leads. In between boozy weekends of course.
So if you want to ride the blue sky market, where the photos always look stunning and the viewings are always accompanied call Newton Fallowell today and we’ll get you sold.
