RUTLAND || Voted Best Rural Place to Live in England! 

From a recent article posted by the Daily Telegraph using Halifax Data in April 2018, Rutland has been voted the BEST PLACE to live in England and the second best place to live in the United Kingdom! 

From the Halifax Survey, it was found that Rutland has the second highest average life expectancy in the UK, with men expected to live to 82 years and women to 85 years. 97% of adults also consider themselves to be in good health.

Rutland residents also have some of the biggest homes in rural Britain, with an average of 6.4 habitable rooms – and nine our of ten properties have superfast broadband. 

School performance in Rutland is the highest in England with 71% of 15+ year-olds achieving five or more GCSE results at grades A-C.
