Detailed Building Surveys

Comprehensive Survey suitable for large, old or unusual properties. Detailed comments made on each structural element, other factors and possible cause of defect and advice on methods of repair. Also specific items of concern tailored to your requests.

Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessments

For residential sales and residential lettings properties, it is a legal requirement to have an Energy Assessment (EPC) prior to marketing.
