The team at Newton Fallowell has provided an excellent and professional service culminating in the sale of our house within one month! This was not a random event and the outcome was entirely attributed to the experience, dedication and energy from the team. I have been privileged to witness the manoeuvres that were needed to satisfy the various demands and complexities of each component within the “chain” and at every juncture each was met with resounding success. The willingness to adopt a lateral approach when needed was pivotal in influencing the outcome. The service was slick with nothing left to chance. Each viewing was followed by a comprehensive feedback – I was therefore assured my best interest was being looked after.
One can instinctively sense efficiency instantly and this was evident from the outset. Upon entering the office initially, the fervent air of activity and good morale is immediately evident. Jude and Sarah have been particularly instrumental in allayingour worries and anxieties and their inputs have mitigated what could otherwise have been a stressful experience.
